The selected individual will oversee the management of maintenance, custodial staff, grounds staff, and building security. Education and/or Experience: College degree in facilities management, engineering or closely related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in new building construction, remodeling, energy technology, preventative maintenance, OSHA requirements, life safety compliance, initiating employee in-service programs, communication and interpersonal skills, and telecommunications systems.
